Monique Delorme is a self-taught French Canadian realist artist whose journey began with her first oil painting in 2011, driven by a lifelong fascination with detail and an unwavering commitment to growth through perseverance, patience, and determination. While oil is her preferred medium, she fearlessly explores watercolor, pastel, Chinese ink, graphite, and acrylic across an exceptionally diverse range of subjects—from portraits and wildlife to classic cars, ships, and architecture—often on various and unusual canvas shapes that complement her compositions.
